Description
Spirajoule is a heat exchanger that is also an electrical heating screw conveyor so that at the same time you are conveying material, you can effect a heat transfer be it heating, cooling, drying, calcining, desorption, roasting, sterilizing torrefaction and pyrolysis.
Markets addressed are the chemical, petrochemical, minerals, energy, food, oil/Gas, waste water, municipal waste water and others. The uniqueness of the electrically energized screw heated through the Joule effect
provides accuracy and efficiency not achievable by other means.
The Spirajoule product line also includes tradition heating and cooling via hot oil, steam, water and other agents offers potential for any valve line and instrumentation product to round out a turnkey approach. Additionally, the Spirajoule because of its higher temperature capability can provide a means of generating a recyclable product by its biogreen patented process. This generates a gas or oil by product which can be used as fuel as well as fill or fertilizer type products.
