With PF Nutsche Filter Dryer for CBD isolate filtering and drying, the filtering and drying are both completed in the same machine.
Advantages:
• Single machine
• The two step process is automated
• Washing of crystals is standard
• Automated cleaning of machine is standard
Limitations:
• Machine is sized for a specific capacity. An increase in capacity requires additional machine(s).
• The machine leaves a heel which must be manually removed or re slurried and returned to the next reaction.
• Drying is the longest step of this two step process and the filter dryer cannot begin filtering the next batch until drying is completed.
