Description
Tranter, Paul Mueller, and Omega plate coils are suitable for numerous immersion heating and cooling applications. Plates are also rolled to required radius and secured on a tank exterior as a “jacket”. Materials of construction include, 304 316, and duplex alloy. Plates can be engineered, designed and rolled to produce a tank wall material with the integral jacket. NPT, ANSI 150#, 300#, Tri Clover connections are available. Internal scale prevention for plate coils in water service and filtration for unwanted particles can be provided. Plate coils are designed to assure proper fit and flow path for liquid or steam service. Plate “cut outs” allow clearance for tank nozzle projections and tank mounting components.
